Comcast scores Boston Celtics broadband contract

Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) said it has struck a deal to supply the Boston Celtics with an Ethernet connection that will be used to download game films and scouting reports as well as link its practice facility in Waltham, Mass., to the team's administrative office in Boston. The Celtics had been relying on a T3 connection before switching to the Comcast Business Class Ethernet and phone service, according to the MSO.
