Sue joined FierceMarkets in January 2007 and is currently the editor-in-chief of FierceMarkets Telecom Group. In her current position, she oversees the editorial content of several FierceMarkets' newsletters and web sites including FierceWireless, FierceCable, FierceTelecom, FierceOnlineVideo, FierceDeveloper, FierceWireless:Europe and FierceWireless:Tech, and provides editorial guidance for the publications’ advanced products and live events. Sue has more than 20 years of experience reporting on the telecom industry. Prior to joining FierceMarkets, she was the executive editor of Wireless Week. From 1999 to 2001, she worked as an analyst for Paul Kagan Associates, specializing in wireless and broadband technologies. She also was the managing editor of Convergence magazine, a monthly magazine for cable television, phone and wireless network operators. Mike Dano is the executive editor for the Telecom Group for FierceMarkets, which includes FierceWireless, FierceTelecom, FierceCable, FierceWirelessTech and other publications. In his role, Mike oversees all editorial content for the publications, and acts as a point of contact for such content. Mike has covered the wireless industry as a journalist for the better part of a decade, and remembers writing a story about the transition from black and white to color screens on cell phones. Daniel Frankel is the editor of FierceCable. He joined the FierceMarkets staff in May 2014 and is responsible for covering news and trends in the pay-TV section of the telecom industry. Before joining FierceMarkets’ Telecom Group, Daniel served as a senior writer for GigaOm, joining the San Francisco-based technology research and publishing company upon its acquisition of paidContent.org. In this job, Daniel covered the pay-TV industry and the migration of video services to the Internet. Daniel worked on staff at Variety for eight years, covering the home entertainment and television industries. He has also worked in corporate communications, serving clients including IMAX, Lionsgate and The Chernin Group for the boutique PR firm Principal Communications. Daniel is married with two pre-teen sons, and is an active youth sports coach, bicyclist and Mexican food consumer. He’s based near Downtown Los Angeles.

Ben Munson is a copy editor for the Telecom Group for FierceMarkets, which includes FierceWireless and FierceTelecom. Ben works on FierceCableFierceWirelessTech andFierceOnlineVideo, and also regularly contributes to FierceInstaller. Ben has covered the cable and wireless industries as a journalist for more than three years and previously served as editor at CED Magazine and associate editor at Wireless Week. In his free time, he tries not to hurt himself playing softball and worries too much about his puppy chewing up his record collection.
