New York, NY January 14, 2012 - Time Warner Cable(NYSE: TWC) today announced that Alan Lui has been named Senior Vice President, HR Centers of Expertise. Mr. Lui will assume overall responsibility for guiding the HR Operations and Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Movement, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion teams for the company. He reports to Peter C. Stern, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy, People and Corporate Development Officer.

Previously, Mr. Lui was Time Warner Cable's Group Vice President, Video Strategy. Before joining Time Warner Cable, Mr. Lui founded Nove Technologies, Inc., which developed high temperature super-conductors. He also worked at McKinsey & Company as a consultant and Manager of Professional Development. Mr. Lui holds a B.S. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
