ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--()--WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone ("WOW!" or the "Company"), a leading fully integrated provider of residential and commercial high-speed data, video and telephony services to customers in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States, announced today that it will hold a conference call on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern to discuss operating and financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.

Current holders of WOW!'s Senior Notes, analysts and prospective investors are requested to email sharon.hall@wideopenwest.com no later than Wednesday, March 20th in order to obtain a dial-in conference number for the call and access to a website where the Company's financial reports will be available.
