Two months after selling systems in Minnesota and Wisconsin, US Cable agreed to sell systems in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado to Baja Broadband.

Baja picks up 60,000 revenue generating units through the deal. The triple-play provider, based in Fort Mill, S.C., was formerly known as Orange Broadband.

Waller Capital brokered the transaction for US Cable. The agreement follows deals US Cable struck in June with Charter Communications (Nasdaq: CHTR) and Midcontinent Communications to sell systems in Missouri, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
