> On the retail front, Informa Telecoms & Media reports that sales of connected TVs will surpass gaming consoles for the first time this year. Article.

> 3D TVs are not doing nearly as well as connected TVs as SNL Kagan reports that already slow sales are expected to slow even more this year before picking up in 2012. Article.
