WENR Corporation (Other OTC: WNRC.PK), a Salt Lake City-based holding company, has acquired Satview Broadband, a cable TV and Internet provider headquartered in Reno with over 1,000 subscribers scattered around Nevada and Utah. Satview, WENR said further, "is negotiating to acquire an additional 5,000 subscribers."

Nine-year-old Satview, which has revenues and assets each of approximately $500,000 and "modest debt" will be run as a wholly owned WENR subsidiary with its current management and Reno headquarters remaining intact, the holding company said.
