As promised, the newly installed House of Representatives is doing everything it can to block the FCC from implementing net neutrality rules.

In late night action, the House voted 244 to 181 to approve Rep. Greg Walden's amendment to bar funding for the rules. A stopgap measure, more action will be forthcoming as the appropriations bill moves to final approval March 4.
