Nielsen launches new cross-platform rating

In today's spotlight, FierceIPTV takes a look at Nielsen's move to finally offer advertisers a rating that will feature a single measurement for both TV and online video views from a program. Nielsen is teaming up with GroupM on the cross-platform ratings, which will initially be offered to GroupM clients.
