Russia's NetUP integrates Android set-top in HDTV
In today's spotlight, FierceIPTV takes a look at a Russian company that is building HDTVs that can deliver IPTV programming without relying on a set-top. Moscow-based NetUP has integrated Android-based set-top technology into its TVs, which offer access to interactive programming and Web-based applications such as YouTube, Skype and Google Maps.
