It's lights on for Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC-WI) and Belo after the two sides reached a tentative last-minute retransmission agreement. This means that the 12 Belo stations will continue to show up on TWC platforms as if nothing was ever wrong.

Since everything's bigger in Texas, it's not surprising this is bigger news there as well. Among the stations staying on the air is ABC affiliate WFAA-TV in Dallas. Additionally, Time Warner has agreed to carry Texas Cable News (in Texas, of course) and Northwest Cable News (in the Pacific Northwest) as part of the deal.
