Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) CEO Jeff Bewkes insists subscribers aren't cutting the cord on their cable and satellite TV subscriptions to rely on Web video for home entertainment. "The cord-cutting [talk] that won't go away won't come either," Bewkes said at a Goldman Sachs conference, according to PaidContent. The Time Warner chief also warned content owners about selling TV shows and movies to distributors such as Netflix for less than they would charge pay TV distributors. "Don't sell products into a platform where you end up with less money than when you were selling it to the previous buyers," he said. Read more
