As OTT technology expands, QoS and QoE become top of mind for providers

A flood of new OTT services could be launching in 2016, taking advantage of new, exciting, complicated technologies like virtual reality and 4K quality video and demanding more of networks.

In the quest to ensure customers get the best video when and where they want it, multiscreen and online video ecosystem players are putting QoS and QoE front and center and focusing on features like near-simultaneous OTT delivery of broadcast events and Ultra HD video.
