Adult pay-per-view and VOD content supplier New Frontier Media confirmed that it has received an unsolicited acquisition offer from Longkloff Limited, which wants to buy the company for about $1.35 per share, or about $18.8 million. New Frontier said it formed a special committee of independent directors to review the proposal, but that it hasn't determined a time frame for the review. News release
