Women in Cable Telecommunications Launches First International Chapter
UK Chapter Debuts with London Event on November 12
CHANTILLY, Va., Nov. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- As part of a strategic effort to further its mission and expand its resources to more women, Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) will hold its first international event in London on November 12.
The inaugural event is sponsored by Discovery Communications, and marks the debut of the UK Chapter. Attendees will learn about the benefits of WICT membership and its highly-rated leadership development programs and resources, while learning the specific cultural nuances relative to establishing a WICT Chapter in the UK.
