Pai, who warned in December that the FCC could attempt to regulate usage-based broadband pricing, is scheduled to appear on stage during a Q&A session with ACA president Matt Polka on March 13. The Republican commissioner joined the FCC last May.
Barrow is scheduled to speak at the summit on March 14. He sits on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees the FCC and the telecom industry.
ACA, whose members include small and mid-sized cable operators, plans to hold its 20th annual summit at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington.
"ACA is delighted that two respected and thoughtful policymakers like Rep. Barrow and FCC Commissioner Pai have already agreed to join us at the 20th ACA Summit, a truly special occasion for ACA Members who have been dedicated advocates for fair rules and positive outcomes in the public policy arena for independent cable operators and their customers," Polka said in Thursday's announcement.
