While Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications and Bright House Networks have argued that their marketing deals with Verizon Wireless shouldn't be included in an FCC review of their agreements to sell broadband wireless spectrum to Verizon, the MSOs submitted the details of the agreements this week to the commission.

Verizon rivals such as Sprint Nextel and T-Mobile USA have told the FCC that the deals are anti-competitive, and consumer groups have also raised alarms about the agreements. While regulators haven't yet approved the transfer of Advanced Wireless Services spectrum from the cable operators to Verizon, Comcast and Verizon are already beginning to run joint promotions for cable and mobile phone service in Portland and Seattle.
