Magid: Connected TV viewers prefer ad-supported content

About 30 percent of Internet-connected households have a connected TV, according to a Frank Magid Associates survey that was commissioned by video advertising platform YuMe. The survey also found that 59 percent of viewers with connected TVs prefer to view free, ad-supported content compared to premium video. Magid said that 66 percent of connected TV viewers said that they would interact with relevant ads. Read more
